 UCRC Modelers
About the Club The Union City RC Modelers Club is a small informal club with one goal, to enjoy the hobby. We will host an annual fly-in around May each year. We will also organize club cookout days at the field during the summer months. The field is on a portion of the Union City parks system and is thus city property. AMA membership is required to fly at the site, per the City of Union City. Membership in the club requires an AMA membership and insurance coverage provided by the AMA membership. Club dues are currently $20 annually. The club will waive first year membership dues for NEW FLYERS. These are people who are just starting out in the hobby and learning to fly. The club has a number of experienced flyers that are willing to help a newcomer be successful at building and flying their new model. Visit the AMA at:
